We use Zapier to automatically transfer form submissions to our records, and we use Google Sheets to organise and store submitted information.

This means that information you submit may be processed or stored by these service providers as part of operating our website and managing submissions.

We do not use these services to sell your information.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you submit and to prevent unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

Access to our records is restricted to people who need access to manage The Other Headline and its submissions.

However, no method of storing or transmitting information online can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We keep submitted information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was submitted.

We may delete submissions that we no longer need.
